Praise the Lord for a Great VBS Week!

What a wonderful week of Vacation Bible School we had this past week, June 5-9! We had a total enrollment of 130, with a very consistent attendance around 120 each night. Our high single day attendance was 128, with a low of 107 (final night).

We had one attendee indicate they had accepted Jesus Christ as Savior! There were many others asking questions, and we know that many seeds of the Gospel were planted in the lives of all who attended!

I cannot thank all of our teachers and workers enough! You are amazing! The amount of time and energy put forward to plan for and carry out Vacation Bible School is a tremendous commitment, and you all make me proud as a Pastor (I think it’s fine to be proud of that!). A special thank you goes out to my wife Rose, and to Pam Jeffries for leading the planning and organizing effort. Ya’ll did a fantastic job!

Only God knows just how much this week meant, and will mean in the lives of those who attended! May God be praised and glorified in the days and years to come because of what took place in VBS 2022.

Attention: 10:30am Worship Only January 2; No Sunday School

ATTENTION: We will have ONLY the 10:30am Morning Worship today, January 2, due to the snow and ice. The roads and parking lot are partially covered at this time (6:45am), so we thought it would be difficult for a number of our Sunday School teachers to make it to church. So, NO SUNDAY SCHOOL today, but we will have our 10:30am worship service in-person and online. Take care and have a wonderful day.

2021 Lottie Moon Christmas Offering for International Missions – Goal $4200; UPDATED – Goal Exceeded!

Our 2021 Lottie Moon Christmas Offering for International Missions is underway! We join more than 40,000 other Southern Baptist Churches in this great cause to share to Good News of Jesus Christ to the ends of the Earth!

Our Church Goal for the Offering is $4,200. As of 1/3/22, we have given $4228! We have exceeded the goal! Thank you so much for your faithful giving!

This offering supports more than 3,600 missionaries serving all over the world, providing nearly half of their total support – particularly most of the funds used for actual ministry.
